获奖无数的李老板BOSS LEE RESTAURANT
看到标题的你应该会很好奇,为什么BOSS LEE RESTAURANT的名字要以“李老板”来命名。其实原因很简单—老板本身姓李,恰恰又开了一家餐馆,所以就索性把它命名为李老板。

曾经在亚洲甚至是国际赛事获奖无数的李老板,至今已经有20多年的厨艺经验了。他也创办了億家饮食集团,并且旗下有两家BOSS LEE分店。在BOSS LEE的美食多数是以modern cuisine food为主,在里面有的是各式各样前卫,味道又出众的人间美味。

BOSS LEE餐馆拥有中央厨房,所以食物的品质都可以一直维持在高水平,并且也拥有足够的设备不断地研发新的菜肴。至于厨师方面,BOSS LEE的厨师都有一定的水准,而老板本身就负责研发新的菜色,不断地更新菜单,让顾客常常有机会品尝到更多新的美味佳肴。

THE FAMOUS BOSS LEE RESTAURANT
If you ever noticed the title, perhaps you will be curious about the name of the restaurant which named after “Boss Lee”. Well, the reason is very simple actually – the owner’s surname is “Lee”, so he just names his restaurant as BOSS LEE.

Boss Lee had been awarded with many Asian and International culinary reward. He is an experienced chef with 20 years cooking experience. Boss Lee has established Yi Jia Seafood Cooperation, and 2 branches of BOSS LEE RESTAURANT are under management of Yi Jia Seafood. BOSS LEE is mostly based on modern cuisine foods which are unique and scrumptious.

By having centralized kitchen, BOSS LEE’s food quality is being well maintained and the equipments even allow them to keep on inventing new cuisines. As for the chefs, BOSS LEE chefs are all quite excellent cook while Boss Lee’s job is to invent new cuisines and update the menu from time to time, so that customers will have the chance to try new cuisine.

THE VERY DELICIOUS MAIN CUISINES

栋笃鸡
来到BOSS LEE必点的菜肴之一。唯有使用菜园鸡,一种肉质不硬,吃起来非常鲜嫩多汁的顶级鸡肉。加上用特调秘方腌制一天以上的时间直到入味为止,再拿去以滚滚的热油炸15分钟至金黄色。栋笃鸡的食用方式非常特别,你无需使用任何餐具,只需戴上手套,把鸡撕开来吃 – 以最原始的方式品尝原汁原味的栋笃鸡。在你把鸡肉撕开的当儿,你除了可以听到脆皮咔擦作响,更可以看到鸡汁飞溅出来,随着到来的更是鸡肉鲜甜的香味。栋笃鸡搭配上BOSS LEE自制秘酱料(甜酱和中式辣椒酱)来沾着吃。香脆的外皮和鲜嫩多汁的鸡肉将让你停不了口。当你把视线转移去盘底,你更会看到鸡肉的精华一滴滴地滴在盘底呢!

BOSS LEE CHICKEN
One of the must-order cuisines of BOSS LEE. By using only the garden chicken, it will produce tender yet crispy chicken. Before it is being deep fry for 15 minutes, it must be marinated by using special sauces for a day or more. To eat Boss Lee Chicken, its method is very special as you don’t have to use any dining tableware but a pair of gloves to tear it open. Tearing the chicken is such an enjoyment as you can hear the cracking sound of crispy outer layer and the juicy flesh. By dipping it with special sauce (sweet or oriental chili sauce), the crispiness and juiciness are going to make you eating non-stop. The bottom of the plate is even accumulated with the chicken essence.



李师傅海鲜锅
味道带点酸甜和辣味的海鲜锅,当中结合了新鲜的肉蟹,虾,生鱼片,青耗,带子及蔬果类,让你每一口都充满了海的鲜味。李师傅海鲜锅是非常适合一家大小的美食(约3-4人),辣度可以自行选择。

CHEF LEE SEAFOOD SOUP
It is a seafood soup which is slightly spicy, sour and sweet. Combining crabs, prawns, sashimi, mussels, scallops, vegetables and fruits, it is going to fill your mouth with the umame of the sea. Chef Lee Seafood Soup is very suitable for family (3 – 4 persons) and you may decide its spiciness.



鱼头炉
使用最新鲜的红鲫鱼,搭配上芋头,豆腐,白菜等蔬菜类,再以浓郁的高汤放入锅内一起滚煮,是一道简单却又非常完美的菜肴。

FISH HEAD POT
Using the very fresh carassius auratus, together with yam, tofu, Chinese cabbage and others vegetables, creating the very simple yet perfect cuisine after the ingredients are being boiled in rich stock.


南洋田鸡粥
一道属于本土风味,但是却又不失美味的简单家乡小吃。这道菜非常符合大众的需求,大人小孩都适合。南洋田鸡粥只使用新鲜的活田鸡,对于大病痊愈,或者是元气大伤的人群更是有益中气的效果。此外,当田鸡加上姜葱等调味料,就能够烹煮出宫保和姜片炸田鸡各类型的菜色。

NANYANG SORA PORRIDGE

The very local yet tasty rural cuisine. It is widely acceptable by public. Nanyang Sora Porridge is only using the live and fresh sora, which is an excellent food for those who are in need of vitality boost.
