乔之味 | 正宗传统槟城美食

不说你不知,【乔之味】的老板本身就是道道地地的槟城人,因为工作的关系而南下新山长期居住。由于距离的关系,老板不能常常回去家乡,却又因为想念槟城美食而在新山开始了他的“寻觅槟城美食之旅”。很可惜的是,嘴刁的老板吃尽了新山的槟城美食之后,都以失望收场。眼见这样的情况,身为槟城人的他决定在新山开一间最正宗的槟城美食专卖店– 乔之味。

槟城美食之最

Asam Laksa

AsamLaksa是以热滚水略烫过的濑粉,搭配上煮了一天以上,浓浓的酸辣亚参鱼汤,新鲜的黄瓜洋葱丝和薄荷叶炮制而成的北马著名美食。乔之味的厨师以精湛的厨艺,把每一口入口的濑粉都融合了亚参的酸味,鱼的鲜味,薄荷叶的清新香味加上中和这一切味道的黄瓜洋葱丝完美地搭配在一起,让你胃口大开,食指大动!

槟城福建炒

槟城的福建炒,也就是南马人常称呼的“炒虾面”。要做出一道香喷喷,鲜虾味十足的福建炒关键在于火候的控制还有上汤的美味。槟城福建炒是搭配了黄面,米粉,虾膏,上汤,虾和蔬菜以及各类调味料,再以大火翻炒而成的人间美食。乔之味的槟城福建炒不油也不腻,吃下去时还闻得到诱人的鲜虾味,让人忍不住垂涎三尺。此佳肴搭配上乔之味特制的sambal更是让人难以抗拒,一辣一香二美味,堪称炒面之最!

As a Johorean, are you looking forward to tasting the very authentic and delicious Penang cuisine at Johor Bahru? Over the years, there are quite numbers of Penang food restaurants at Johor Bahru, but none of them are even near to the “authentic taste of Penang”. For your information, there is one in the hundreds which fit with the fame of “authentic Penang cuisine outlet” and they call it TASTE OF GEORGETOWN.

In fact, the boss of TASTE OF GEORGETOWN is a very local Penang Lang. Few decade ago, he had to leave Penang and worked in JohorBahru. He couldn’t return to Penang very often because of the distance. Since he missed his hometown foods so much, he started to look for Penang food atJohor Bahru but the search return with disappointment as none of the stall or restaurant serve authentic Penang food. For this, he decided to open his very own café which sells authentic Penang food and he named it TASTE OF GEORGETOWN.

TOP CUISINE OF PENANG

ASAM LAKSA

Asam Laksa is made of rice spaghetti which serves with Asam fish broth, fresh cucumber, and onion slices as well as mints. The very experienced chef of TASTE OF GEORGETOWN serves Asam Laksa in such a way that the rice spaghetti is fusing completely with the sour taste of Asam, umami taste of fish, fresh taste of mint under the moderation of cucumber and onion slices.

PENANG HOKKIEN CHAR

Penang Hokkien Char is also known as the fried prawn noodle of South Malaysia. To prepare a scrumptious Penang Hokkien Char out of simple ingredients (yellow noodle, mee hun, prawn paste, soup stock, prawn, and vegetable) is not simple at all. It requires the skillful technique of frying and heat control. Their Penang Hokkien Char is so tempting because the aroma of the prawn alone is able to make your mouth watering.
